PAC will be given a comprehensive task to handle all the enquiries. The flow of event would be

  • Receive enquiries by Telephone/ Email.
  • Respond to the patient/Facilitator for enquiry and get opinion from the concerned specialty.
  • Create a comprehensive packaging within the requisite budgets .
  • Follow up regards patients travel plans and counseling session on Skype if required.
  • Finalization of plans and confirmation of appointments and schedules and the budgeted treatment options.
  • Processing Visa Applications and other documents prior to travel.
  • Travel to our Hospital.
  • Admission, Diagnostics , Doctor Opinions and Treatment plans.
  • Treatment / Surgery and rehabilitation in the ICU/ Hospital.
  • Discharge on satisfactory response from the doctor.
  • Bookings at Guesthouses within the reach of the hospital for follow up care .
  • Travel back to home country/ Tourism if need be or budgeted.
  • Follow up care with the hospital via email and tele consult through us and back at home with the concerned specialists, We will provide all details and documents for you to be registered under them.
  • Sign up for the patient support group for follow ups and also for refueling Medical supplies as and when required.
